“We engaged Geometric Construction for our recent renovation. This was our first project and a substantial endeavour for us, including the addition of another level, and a separate two story garage/studio. We embarked upon the project having watched enough episodes of Grand Designs to know that at some point we would end up in a toxic relationship with our builder, that our budget would probably be tripled or quadrupled and it would overrun by years. From the first day to the last Mischa was diligent, professional and genuinely cared about our home, and our vision. He consistently came to the table with good ideas and solutions when we hit a snag. He worked really hard to ensure that we came in on budget and on time, sourcing additional quotes and approaches and he held his trades to very high standards, ensuring they didn’t cut any corners. On top of this he worked numerous weekends to get us back in the house before Christmas and completed the entire job weeks ahead of schedule - something unheard of. We could not be happier with the quality of the build, the standard to which things were finished, and the speed at which he responded to our questions and any follow up work. IF you are looking for a builder, then I cannot recommend Geometric highly enough.
